Excellent dealership. Very friendly salespeople that worked with me to get the vehicle I wanted. Owen was not pushy in trying to sell me a vehicle or any extras. Owen explained everything in regards to the contract and also explained all the ins and outs of the vehicle on pick up. I have already recommended to friends and will be going back for any future cars.

My vehicle has been damaged for a third time now when taking it in for service/ repairs. “ 7 Year Warranty” means nothing, refusing to replace Parts that should also be replaced under standard warranty, instead wanting to charge almost $200 and still expect me to bring my vehicle back every year for servicing? Very poor customer communication, it’s been two weeks since I was told they would be in contact to organise repairs. Would not recommend.

**Update. The damaged section of the roller shutter was promptly replaced and the shutter reinstalled correctly ** Terrible sales experience. Rude and pushy. Regret buying from them. On top of that their service department is incompetent. They failed to remove the swarf when they installed the roller shutter and tub liner which created significant rust stains on the tub which required returning the vehicle for 2 inconvenient days for repairs. Following the repairs, the roller shutter was damaged and incorrectly reinstalled. I await your reply to this latest issue Mitsubishi Nundah.

Unbelievablely this is the second mitsubishi service centre I've gone to in Brisbane and even more coincidently I have had an appalling time, I'm starting to feel targeted by mitsibishi. This time nundah, I dropped my car off at 7 30 when the gates open as stated in the text but actually you can drive in and line up before which I was unaware, I don't want to name names of customer service staff as I believe that to be unfair but I dropped off my car and said I'm happy to wait at the dealership. At 0912 I got my service video from mitsibishi and a call asking if I wanted new wipers which I said yes that's fine. At 1000 I decided to not sit in the waiting area and sit in front of the customer service desks To which my surprise nobody asked me if I was been served or why I was there, which made me falsely assume that they knew I was waiting for my service to finish Fast forward to 1105 and I decided to see the rep that had called me and received my car, she said she was unaware about my vehicle as she isn't the one looking after me. I said that she was the one who took my keys to which she remembered that she is the one dealing with my vehicle, her next statement was that she tried to call me but I didn't answer. I then said I did answer and we spoke approx 2 hours ago, and that I'm concerned that I have been forgotten about. She then said she will check. My vehicle then magically appeared and I was told it was just in cleaning, but at this point I failed to believe they remembered I was waiting. This sort of service is just absolutely shocking and what even worse is this almost exact situation happens to me last year at a different dealership of mitsubishi so I can help but feel victimised now as I don't understand why the communication and service is so bad. This situation is now making me second guess the mechanical work on my vehicle as 2 dealshipships have had shocking service I now feel a little nervous driving as worried the wheels could fall off. If management would like to speak to me then feel free but at the end of the day this is just absolutely shocking service for my yearly service again. This must be the mitsubishi way as to take advantage of the paitent and polite people as that's what I've experienced and I'm feeling pretty disgusted with it. Zero stars go somewhere else
